Construction Aggregate

Aggregates are a bonding agent that characterizes the type of concrete. It can typically be considered fine or coarse. Most of our aggregates are composed of materials from sand, crushed stone, or gravel. These are then used to mix with cement and asphalt and form the necessary material for any construction needs.

In order to ensure fortitude, stability, resistance to wear or erosion to structures, aggregate materials are mixed in to solidify and form concrete or mortar. Even a small amount of organic compounds can jeopardize the quality and cause chemical reactions that compromise the strength of the concrete.

Sand and Gravel

Our sand and gravel are found in the deposits of the Guadalupe Mountains, and the Pecos Valley Sand Deposits. The Permian Basin produces a large amount of sand and gravel, which is used for various construction and building projects.

Asphalt

Constructors, Inc. produces good quality asphalt mixes using only the finest materials and aggregates. As contractors, we know the importance of the materials used —from the raw to the composite materials. Good asphalt begins with good aggregates. We use only those that form a hard and durable composition.
